Coco Sunset Hills 52 Villa

The apartment was modern and spacious with well-stocked kitchen appliances. Plenty of towels and comfy beds. Nice view. Friendly check-in. Arrived early and checked in hassle-free. 6 pools on the property with attentive security guards. Would book again.

We appreciated the host. Beds were comfortable and it had a handy kitchenette. Had a nice coffee at Guayoyo Coffee House, located 10 minutes walk away...

Had a pretty good time overall. I came here to check out some new spots, and this place was a great spot for doing just that. 🌟

The apartment was well-presented, with a range of appliances in the kitchen including a bbq on the veranda. There were several TVs with cable access, and the wifi worked fine. The laundry room was a blessing and there was parking available with friendly gate staff. The location was perfect, with beaches within walking distance and nicer beaches just a 10-minute drive away.

Our stay at Coco Sunset Hills was amazing. From the moment we arrived, we felt safe and secure with the presence of a security guard at the gate. Finding a parking spot was easy and convenient. The condo itself was so great - it was clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities we needed. The kitchen was fully equipped, including a fridge with an ice maker, a great convenience. We also appreciated the a laundry room and a closet with beach chairs, pool noodles, and a cooler. The location was perfect, with a short walk to the town and its bustling beach village vibe. We enjoyed the peacefulness of the complex, with the option to socialize at the various pools. The air conditioning in the unit was perfect, and the beds were comfortable. We loved starting our mornings with fresh coffee on the patio and ending our nights with drinks on the balcony. we had a fantastic experience at Coco Sunset Hills and would highly recommend it.

Drawbacks: The only slight disappointment was that the bbq needed charcoal, and we didn't feel like buying some. It would have been nice if it had been provided or if there was a gas bbq available.

The complex had 5 pools and was in a perfect location, close to the beach. The pools were even better than I expected.
